My Fall Mall Haul

Autumn is just days away and thanks to a recent mall haul from my shopping trip to Southridge Mall, I’m feeling pretty prepared for Fall fashion! I moved up here from Chicago almost exactly 5 years ago and JUST now discovered a mall I had not been to. Turns out it’s Wisconsin’s biggest mall, it was immaculately clean, everyone was extremely friendly AND they even have a Farm Stand outside the Macy’s entrance until the end of October! Awesome. I shopped a lot of stores and even grabbed some fresh produce for dinner. Needless to say, I definitely found more pieces than shown above, but here’s a few street style looks I put together from my mall haul that I’m super excited to start sporting soon.

~ The brown button front dress was one of my first finds during my mall haul at Southridge. It is giving me ALL the 90’s vibes in ALL the right ways. Midi length, 3/4 sleeves, ribbed and body hugging. I love the medium brown earth tone, especially with paired with black leather booties and purse with metal details to give the look the extra edge it needs for the retro feels. All I need now is a Discman and an Alanis Morissette album!

~ The black sweater skirt and beige mock neck knit top is such a sleek and chic boss lady, work work look! The skirt is also ribbed and very much mimics a pencil skirt when it’s on. Hit’s below the knee to balance out the sexy with sophisticated. The simple black and beige colors together keep the look classic. I tucked the top in just a bit in the front to make some shape and added classic black pumps to polish it off. Can easily make both pieces casual by adding a tee to skirt and jeans with top!

~ This light grey coat was calling me for weeks! When I went to finally buy it at my mall, my size was sold out. But when I went to Southridge Mall, it was there! It is so soft and a decent medium weight. I will easily wear this, every day over everything until Wisconsin weather gets too cold. I also found this handsome hunter green boat neck blouse with a 3/4 balloon sleeves. I added to my favorite mom jeans and dressed up with the classic black patent pumps. But I can easily see this also tucked into dress pants for work wear.

As I mentioned before, my mall haul also included some fresh produce, a couple more pieces of clothing and even some decorative baskets. So happy to have found and partnered with Southridge mall to help fulfill my fall fashion needs, and then some!
