Black Floral Bodysuit
I’ll be honest, I thought I was going to completely miss out on the bodysuit trend due to pregnancy. Luckily, it seems to be sticking around. This ribbed black with mini floral print was calling my name from the instant I saw it. There are no snaps at the bottom, straps are adjustable, and very low cut in the back means no bra either. So this one is pretty comfortable!
I met my photographer, Amanda at Rocket Baby bakery, where we snacked on baked goods, fresh baguettes and iced tea to celebrate the long awaited Wisconsin warm up. I’m having a hard time thinking of when this look would NOT work. It’s so casual chic and on trend… any day time outing, for sure!
Why it works:
Obviously, this bodysuit would look great with a pair of high-waisted blue jeans and black pumps or sandals. But I wanted to trend a little harder and play up the vintage vibes with this outfit. I chose a pair of high-waisted slightly faded black jeans. That made the jean jacket a no-brainer atop the bodysuit. A classic black bandanna tied into a headband really helps the retro feel. Light beige loafers are super cute and coordinate with the colors from the floral in the body suit.
