My sweater addiction is real, and SoHo’s sweater game is strong! This creamy, cozy cable knit v-neck is my latest addition to my collection. When I first saw this sweater, I thought, I already have a couple creams… but I DON’T have a classic v-neck sweater! How was that possible? Many crew necks and cardigans, several turtlenecks, mock necks and even boat necks. But no v-necks.
Moreover, I already know that SoHo sweaters are quality. Some of my trendy sweaters were very affordable, but can barely make it through 2 seasons due to poor quality. With sweaters, I definitely think you get what you pay for. The feel of the sweater is so luxe and makes me feel so classically casual chic!
Tucking Trend
We’ve been doing the front tuck with our sweaters since last year or year before. This year we’re seeing a FULL tucking trend with sweaters! Yes, you read that right, you can totally tuck in your sweater. I love it! Maybe it’ll feel a little funny at first, but I feel pretty cozy! Make sure your jeans are high-rise to help define that waistline and give that big, boxy look.
Why it works:
The v-neck sweater is just SO classic. But tucking it in, makes it a modern classic and a easy way to trend lightly with your Fall/Winter wardrobe. I paired my new v-neck with a pair of my favorite trendy denim. High-waist, open knees and raw hem, help the look feel super current. Black booties and bag to finish it off. Jeans hit at the right spot to show a little ankle with my booties.
I love this v-neck sweater style for weekend chic or even weekday when I get dressed in Mom life! And I hope you try the tucking too. Go forth and trend lightly.
