This Summer was different for everyone, but especially different for me being pregnant and preparing for our second child. Not only am I navigating this pandemic, but also trying to stay present and cherish my last Summer with Lillian as an only child. Usually I am the one behind the camera snapping and recording her and daddy. So when Katie Wash Portraits wanted to collaborate on a mother-daughter photo session in the park, I was more than excited. It’s always special to get professional photos taken of Lily and I, mother and daughter, just the two of us!
AND I was dying to wear this maternity dress again. I’d first put it on for another mommy and me shoot earlier this year, but I was barely showing. So now, with my six month bump and a new felt hat, I was ready for some downtown, street style maternity shots. Thanks again to Katie Wash Portraits for capturing me in motherhood.
