~Bridal Shower in a Gorgeous Garden~

 

Last month my bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and Aunt of the Bride all got together to throw me the loveliest garden party for my bridal shower! My aunt and uncle have an old Victorian home with a wonderful patio and garden that they have built, curated and perfected since I was a little girl. I have always been in love with their house and remember the feeling it gave me to be surrounded by such wonderful aesthetics. I had a dream back in the Spring about arriving to my shower here, and when I told my Aunt and Uncle they were excited to host for me. So my bridal shower was literally a dream come true!

My sister, and Matron on Honor, Natalie of Bloom and Blossom Photography captured some great shots of the afternoon and I got a few of the decor details….

Mom found this fabric and I was immediately in love! She sewed it into a custom table runner to go the entire length of the table and drape over the ends. It is a sheer stripe so the white solid tablecloth underneath provided the perfect look.

The garden bridal shower was everything I could have asked for and more. Three of my bridesmaids and mother-in-law actually flew in for the party! I am very grateful to have wonderful family and friends to celebrate for me. And we will all celebrate again very soon…. Just 11 more days until the BIG DAY!!!!!!
